Postnatal - Come and Talk with Us

Come along to our Pop In's Session Friday's 9.30 - 12.00 at Stotfold and District Children's Centre.

Come down and meet other local families, Health Visitors, Nursery Nurses, Children's Centre Family workers as well as many other professionals.

Health Visitors

Louise and Amanda are our link Health Visitors and are experienced registered nurses who have undertaken additional training in order to be able to offer advice, information and support on issues relating to the promotion of health needs within the community.  

The Health Visiting Service is provided in close partnership with the families' Health Visitor, GP and other Health Professionals.  The main aims of this service are to promote health within the family, advice on health problems and offer support through groups and home visits.  
Louise and Amanda are at hand to offer advice and information on a variety of related health issues such as support for those suffering from post natal depression, breastfeeding and weaning.  

Barbara and Nicola are our community Nursery Nurses and can help with a ray of support, including Breast Feeding Support, Sleep advice, Moving on to solids and so much more.

Post Natal Illness

Association of Post Natal Illness and PANDAS offers advice and support to women suffering from postnatal depression. This support can include putting you in contact with other women who have previously suffered from postnatal depression
