Healthy Start can get you free vouchers every week to spend on milk, plain fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables, and infant formula milk. You can also get free vitamins. If you're pregnant or have children under the age of four you could qualify also if you're on benefits, or if you're pregnant and under 18. 

Kids Teeth provides a parent's guide to looking after their children's teeth. It includes some very useful tips on how to encourage regular brushing. 

NHS Direct provides a large database of information about common complaints together with self-help advice. You can also speak to someone 24hours a day via the telephone helpline on 0845 4647.

Patient UK provides information on health, self help and patient support groups. It also provides a directory of websites and provides NHS information. 

The National Asthma Campaign provides education and support to people with asthma. They run a helpline staffed by asthma specialist nurses and can put you in touch with local support volunteers.

The National Eczema Society is dedicated to helping people with eczema and their families

Immunisation is a Government backed Health site giving concise information about all the immunisations and the reasons why they are recommended.
